I'm really pleased with what I got. It was a gift for my husband's birthday. The cherry on top is that it's Vegan!

The quality is quite impressive, but the delivery was a bit of a letdown; it took ages to arrive. Still, I'm really happy with the product overall.

I bought a briefcase bag and only used it twice over five weeks since I head into the office just once a month. Unfortunately, the zipper broke, which is a hassle since I take the tube. I reached out to customer support, and they offered to send a replacement. However, I wasn’t keen on that because I had lost faith in the product and preferred to spend my money on a bag I knew would work well for me.

When I let them know about my decision, their tone in the emails took a nosedive. They fixated on the fact that I contacted them five weeks after buying it and kept insisting they had met their legal responsibilities according to the terms and conditions.

Realizing I wasn’t getting a refund, I asked for a replacement. Initially, they mentioned in their first email that I didn’t need to return the faulty item for a swap. But when I requested a refund, they changed their tune and said I had to send the item back first before they would send a replacement. They also informed me that I would have to cover the postage costs, and they would only refund that amount later. Plus, I’d need to pay for proper packaging to send it back, all out of my pocket. They kept repeating that this was part of their terms and conditions and that they had fulfilled their legal obligations.

Given that this was a defective item, I don’t think this is the right way for a company to handle such issues.

This approach isn’t going to win them any customers. I won’t be purchasing anything from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

If you’re like me and only commute once or twice a month, be cautious about buying from this company. If something goes wrong, you might end up losing your money and the product's functionality, only to face poor customer service and a bunch of legal jargon about their terms and conditions.

This is a top-notch item, really high quality. The service was fantastic as well. I ran into some hiccups with Royal Mail during delivery, but Ricco Zano was super easy to reach and helped me out with a problem that wasn’t their fault. They shipped it out fast after I ordered, and it would’ve gotten here in a flash if not for those outside issues. I'm really pleased with the product! 👍🏻
